Waterford Wolverine Youth Football - WATERFORD, WI

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.  You can also pay via venmo (@WaterfordYouthFootball) or at the in-person fittings with cash/check.  An invoice will be issued from WYF that will be used to track offline payments.

2024 Registration Fees

$250 Registration Fee

$100 Fundraiser Fee (Gun Raffle Ticket Sales)*

*Fundraiser fee is per household, discount will be automatically applied if registering multiple participants for tackle football in the same session. 

Please Note: Your athlete will need to attend one of the in person uniform/equipment fitting dates at Whitford Park - Equipment Shed

Dates for sign-up will be communicated via email.
